Silverado Super Clean executes a unique three step process to Disinfect, Protect, and Maintain. We repeat the 4 Season Treatment Program quarterly with all our clients to maintain a high level of surface protection and improved indoor air quality throughout the year, from allergy season to cold and flu season.

DISINFECT

First, we clean and disinfect targeted areas, particularly high traffic touch points like lobby doors, handrails, and elevator cabs using the super star cleaner called Selectrocide.

PROTECT

Next, we treat the same surfaces as in step one, with a product called Covershield which is an unparalleled antimicrobial treatment that bonds to and protects surfaces from new microbe growth for all 365 days of the year.

MAINTAIN

The last important step is maintenance. We adhere to a strict quarterly maintaining process with all of our facility clients to assure the high level of safety desired is consistent throughout the entire year of the clean trust program provided.
