Silverado Clean – The Best Thing You Didn’t Know You Needed!

We execute a unique three-step process to Disinfect, Protect and Seasonally Maintain.

STEP 1

First, we clean and disinfect targeted areas and high traffic touch points like lobby doors, handrails, and elevator cabs using a cleaner called Selectrocide which is EPA & FDA registered. It’s also a certified organic cleaner that contains no poisons and it’s a hospital-grade disinfectant!  Selectrocide has an amazing ability to penetrate biofilm or surface film and destroys the microorganisms that live underneath it.   It’s safe for everyone including pets, and safe for the surfaces on which it’s applied.  On top of that it improves indoor air quality.  Selectrocide is the ROCKSTAR that we use to clean and prep surfaces for Step 2!

STEP 2

Next, and even more exciting is that we treat the same surfaces as in step one, with a product called Covershield which is also EPA registered.  Covershield is an antimicrobial treatment that bonds to and protects a surface from new microbe growth for up to 3 months!  It is also a ROCKSTAR and provides the one, two-punch Silverado’s Super Clean process!

STEP 3

The last important step is seasonal year-round maintenance.  We repeat the Silverado 4 Seasons Treatment Program quarterly with all our clients to maintain a high level of surface protection and improved indoor air quality throughout the year, from allergy season to cold and flu season!
